NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed July 20, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-058951 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST VERA ELIZABETH WESOLOWSKI A/K/A VERA E. WESOLOWSKI A/K/A VERA ELIZABETH WESOLOWSKI, DECEASED; STACIE S. JOHANNSEN, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF VERA ELIZABETH WESOLOWSKI A/K/A VERA E. WESOLOWSKI A/K/A VERA ELIZABETH WESOLOWSKI, DECEASED; VERALLYN T. SHIELDS, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF VERA ELIZABETH WESOLOWSKI A/K/A VERA E.
