FIELDS; SOUTH BROADMOOR CONDOMINIUM, INC.; COUNTRY CLUB COLONY, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 22 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 5, SOUTH BROADMOOR CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 556, PAGE 76, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION AND CONVEYANCE INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT ABOVE DESCRIBED, PARTICULARLY THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO PARKING SPACE NO. 5, AND INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
