NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgement was awarded on July 20, 2012 in Civil Case No. 36-2011-CA-051343, of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Duval County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUSTEE COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and SANDRA W. CHINAULT; FLORIDA DRY WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION, INC.; NEUROSCIENCE PRACTICE INSTITUTE, PLLC., are the Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on August 23, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BROOKSIDE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN DEED BOOK 307, PAGE 320, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
