NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-057962, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF15 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF15 is the Plaintiff and FRANK A. BOCCHINO, ADRIENNE A. BOCCHINO A/K/A ADRIENNE A. SMITH, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES, LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF CAVALRY INVESTMENTS, LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF AMERICREDIT, FIRST HOME BUILDERS OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK A. BOCCHINO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADRIENNE A. BOCCHINO A/K/A ADRIENNE A. SMITH N/K/A ADRIENNE A. SMITH and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
