NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 26 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-013641, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONSBANC MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DOUGLAS N. WILSON, DECEASED, BANK OF AMERICA, NA., CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA, CONTRACTOR'S GROUP, LLC, GULF COAST AMERICAN BUILDING CO., MARK MURPHY GENERAL CONTRACTOR, LLC, TIMBERWOOD VILLAGE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., TIMBERWOOD VILLAGE RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOUGLAS N. WILSON, JIM HOLLEY, MARY SIDWELL AS TRUSTEE OF THE WILSON FAMILY TRUST UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 30TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2007, KNOWN AS TRUST NUMBER 6054, HULDAH R. STEWART, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HULDAH R. STEWART, DECEASED, DOUGLAS N. WILSON and BRUCE WILSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 239, TIMBERWOOD VILLAGE II CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1820, PAGE 673, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
