NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-53745, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER SPARKS A/K/A CHRISTOPHER LEE SPARKS, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER SPARKS A/K/A CHRISTOPHER LEE SPARKS N/K/A JENNIFER SPARKS and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 34, UNIT 10, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
