NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-056566, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FINANCIAL FREEDOM ACQUISITION, LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BETTY L. GERMANN, DECEASED. A/K/A BETTY ROUSH, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, WYLDEWOOD VILLAGE I OF CROSS CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MAX ROUSH and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Unit 303, Building 3, Phase 2, of Wyldewood Village I of Cross Creek Condominium, together with the undivided share of common elements in and in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1764, Pages 2059 through 2118, inclusive, and Amendment thereto recorded in Official Records Book 1766, Page 934, and Official Records Book 1786, Page 4115, and Official Records Book 1790, Page 818, and Official Records Book 1806, Page 3258, and Official Records Book 1806, Page 3260, and O. R. Book 1826, PAGE 2480, AND Subject to the Master Association Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions as recorded in Official Records Book 1760, Pages 2417 through 2515, inclusive, all in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
