Final Judgement was awarded on March 24, 2009 in Civil Case No. 36-2008-CA-017733, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, us bank national association, as trustee for asset-backed pass-through certificates, series 2006-nc2, is the Plaintiff and roberto e. rondon aka roberto rondon; maritza belmonte; new century mortgage corporation and unknown tenants in possession are the Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on August 27, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
lots 25 and 26,block 333, unit 7, cape coral, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 12, pages 101 through 128, inclusive, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty 60 days after the sale.
