Free a/k/a Jeffrey Free and Alison D. Free a/k/a Alison Free, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on August 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 202, BUILDING 6, PARK HOMES AT TARPON GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4154, PAGES 3726, AS AMENDED, OF THE public records of lee county, Florida, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
