NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 27, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-054239 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Daniel H. McLaughlin a/k/a Daniel McLaughlin are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on August 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 303, ROYAL HAWAIIAN CLUB CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1541, PAGE 679, AND AS RE-RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1546, PAGE 2199, AND AS AMENDED, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS THE SAME ARE ESTABLISHED AND IDENTIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
