NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-51161, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and CAROLINE A. COOPER, PINE RIDGE AT FT. MYERS VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLINE A. COOPER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C, BUILDING 126, PHASE XVI OF PINE RIDGE OF FORT MYERS VILLAGE I-1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1809, PAGE 332, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
