NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 18, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-053735 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and HAROLD SOLOMON A/K/A HAROLD G. SOLOMON; LAURIE SOLOMON A/K/A LAURIE A. SOLOMON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on August 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 10, block 103, unit 9, section 27, township 44 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 15, page 76, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
