KEMPKA, is a Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 30 day of August, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 335, a/k/a Unit 335, Building 3, of Island Cove of Cape Coral Phase 3, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4408, Page 1715, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida as amended, together with the exclusive right to use Parking Space Number 335, as depicted in said Declaration, and together with an undivided interest in the Common Elements, pursuant to the terms of said Declaration.
