Redman are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on August 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
that certain condominium parcel composed of apartment #A303, and an undivided 1/24th share in those common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that declaration of condominium of the river's condominium, as recorded in official record book 1735, pages 4292, thru 4342, and as further amended in official record book 2997, page 267, inclusive, and any other amendments thereto public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
