Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, and the Notice of Right to Reclaim Abandoned Property served on the above-named person on or about July 30, 2012, MHC The Heritage, L.L.C., the owner of The Heritage, will sell the following described property:
1990 BARR mobile home bearing Vehicle Identification Numbers FLFLK33A12939BA and FLFLK33B12939BA and all the property contained therein (the “Property”).
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash (or cashier's check), at Heritage Lakes Boulevard, N. Fort Myers, Florida 33917 at 10:30 a.m. on September 28, 2012, which date is at least ten days from the first publication of this notice, and at least five days from the last publication of this notice.
The absolute minimum bid shall be the costs of storage, advertising, and sale, though the minimum may be adjusted by The Heritage as appropriate.

All prospective purchasers of the Property must submit to background screening and be approved in advance by The Heritage.
