NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2009, and entered in Case No.2008-CA-002454 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 2006, ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FM1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and LARRY COLEMAN a/k/a LARRY COLEMAN, JR., et.al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 30TH day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 8, WOOD VALLEY UNIT NO. 2 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 45 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Located: 1024 Applewood Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
