NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-009955 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 15th day of August, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
A CONDOMINIUM UNIT DESIGNATED AS BUILDING NO. 705, UNIT NO. 108 OF VILLAGE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, (TOGETHER WITH ALL OF THE APPURTENANCES, THERETO) ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF DATED MARCH 2, 1979, AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4829, PAGE 464 AND ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 11 THROUGH 27, THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION DATED APRIL 13, 1979 AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4846, PAGE 395 AND ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 92 THROUGH 107 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
