NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522008CA004814XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL G. WINTON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 8 of HIDDEN CREEK, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 130, pages 23 and 24 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
