NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final In Rem Judgment on Counts XX Through XIII of the Amended Verified Complaint” (the “Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, as described below, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 11, 2012, starting at 10:00 a.m.:
PARCEL 1:
Lots 1 and 1/2 of vacated alley in the South, Block 7, of BAY VIEW CITY SUBN., according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 43, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
PARCEL 2:
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 7, BAY VIEW CITY SUBN., according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 43, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with 1/2 of the vacated alley abutting each lot.

Start at the Northeast corner of Lot 6, Block 7, BAY VIEW CITY SUBN., recorded in Plat Book 9, page 43, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, and run Southerly along the East line of said Lot 6, 60.5 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue Southerly along the Southerly extension of the East line of said Lot 6, 39.5 feet to its intersection with the Easterly extension of the most Southerly line of Lot 8, of said Block 7; thence run Westerly along said Easterly extension of 96.25 feet to said Southerly line of Lot 8; thence run Northeasterly along the Southerly line of Lots 8, 7 and 6, 104.37 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Commence at a 2 inch iron pipe marking the Northwest corner of said Lot 11, of said “BAY VIEW CITY SUBN,”; thence run South 00º 07'55” West, 78.59 feet along the West line of said Lot 11 for a Point of Beginning; thence run North 89º16'00” East, 18.55 feet; thence run South 00º 44'00” East, 11.00 feet; thence run North 89º16'00” East, 172.31 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the Southerly, having a radius of 7687.44 feet; thence from a tangent bearing of North 89º 16'00” East, run Easterly along said curve 49.00 feet through a central angle of 0º 21'55”, to the end of said curve; thence run North 44º 54'02” East, 14.20 feet to the East lot line of said Lot 6; thence run South 00º 07'55” West, 20.05 feet along said East lot line; thence run South 89º 16'00” West, 250.03 feet along the South lot line of said Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, to a 1/2 inch iron rod marking the Southwest corner of said Lot 11; thence run North 00º 07'55” East, 21.58 feet along the West lot line of said Lot 11 to the Point of Beginning.
