NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2012, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
Unit 23, Building 48, Wing “G” NW, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT 45, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4661, Pages 225 through 282, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 27, Page 44, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, on the 6th day of September, 2012 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
