NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-002263 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION _ is Plaintiff and TINA E. THOMAS; WYMAN R. THOMAS; et al; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5TH day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 211, Dolphin Cove, A Condominium, According to the plat thereof as recorded in condominium plat book 20, pages 55 through 59, inclusive, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with the declaration of condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4244 Pages 1047 through 1106, inclusive, and amended in O.R. Book 4771, Page 420;O.R. Book 5541, Page 1687;O.R. Book 5857, Page 906 and O.R. Book 6945, Page 1033, All of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida together with any amendments thereto. As Described in Mortgage Book 15898 Page 1547.
