Abimbola and Monsurat A. Abimbola, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK C, SOUTHERN COMFORT HOMES UNIT ONE-C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE(S) 46 AND 47 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
