NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-003396-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC3 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is Plaintiff and BERNICE MCDONALD; et al; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5TH day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
