Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on July 25, 2012, the Clerk will sell the real and personal property situated in Citrus County, Florida, described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 1, Block 6, of subdivision of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, Township 19 South, Range 20 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 25, Public Records of Citrus County, Florida, said point being the intersection of the East line of Seminole Street with the North line of Tompkins Street, thence East line along the North line of Tompkins Street and a projection thereof 331.40 feet to the East line of Block 112, of the City of INVERNESS, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 36, Public Records of Citrus County, Florida, thence N 00° 03' 00” W along said East line 148.00 feet, thence W 165.57 feet to the West line of Lot 12, Block 112, thence North along said West line of said Lot 2.00 feet, thence West 165.55 feet to the West line of said Lot 1, Block 6, thence S 00° 03' 30” W along said West line of 150.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 1, Block 6, of subdivision of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, Township 19 South, Range 20 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 25, Public Records of Citrus County, Florida, said point being the intersection of the East line of Seminole Street with the North line of Tompkins Street, thence East line along the North line of Tompkins Street and a projection thereof 165.70 feet, thence North along the East boundary of Lots 3, 2, and 1 in Block 112, of INVERNESS, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 36, Public Records of Citrus County, Florida, 150 feet, thence West 165.55 feet to the East line of Seminole Street, thence S 00° 03' 30” W along said East line 150.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, the North boundary of this tract being the South boundary of a 12 foot alley as shown on aforementioned plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 25, Public Records of Citrus County, Florida, and a projection Easterly of said South boundary, said tract of land being a part of Block 6 of subdivision of SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, Township 19 South, Range 20 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 25, Public Records of Citrus County, Florida, AND a part of Block 112 of INVERNESS, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 20 and Plat Book 1, Page 36, Public Records of Citrus County, Florida.
AND
All non-real property, including all rents, leases, profits, tangible and intangible property, associated with the Property.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on September 27, 2012, beginning at 10:00 a.m., via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
