NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 15, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-018863 CI 11 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and MICHELINE SCHAROUN is the Defendant, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on August 30, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 1, COLLEGE PARK UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
