NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09000597CI SEC. 21 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC , Plaintiff, and, GALLEGOS, ROSAURA, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 20TH day of August, 2012, the following described property:
LEASEHOLD INTEREST IN AND TO THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 34 A-SOUTHWEST WING, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE ON THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT SIXTY-ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5362, PAGE 1434 ET SEQ., AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 69, PAGES 14 THROUGH 20, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE.
