NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Westchase Community Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 14th day of June, 2012, the property and improvements thereon, located at 1250 South Pinellas Avenue, #202, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689 (the “Property”) will be sold to the highest bidder on August 24, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., in the online foreclosure sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. The Property is described as follows:
Unit No. 202, Building No. 200, GREEN DOLPHIN PARK CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4928, Page 900, et. Seq., and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, Page 42 and 43, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
