That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 306, Building F, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Official Records Book 4980, Pages 1953 through 1993, inclusive, as amended by Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 5144, Page 1120, (adding Building F), and any other amendments thereto and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 110 and 111, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
