NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 306, Building F, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Official Records Book 4980, Pages 1953 through 1993, inclusive, as amended by Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 5144, Page 1120, (adding Building F), and any other amendments thereto and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 110 and 111, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3038 Eastland Blvd #306, Clearwater, Florida, 33761.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 31, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
