NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2012, entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-010284 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein RANDOLPH WILLIAMS and MICHELLE WILLIAMS, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on September 6, 2012 at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block C, KIBBEE ADDITION NO. 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 69, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later that 60 days after the sale, If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
