THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 48B, BUILDING 48A, OF MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 45 THROUGH 57, INCLUSIVE, AND AS REFILED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 96 THROUGH 104, INCLUSIVE, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3665, AT PAGE 870, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 7, 2012.
