NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2012, and entered in 11-4931 CI 07 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florid , wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and TIM WIGHT A/K/A TIMOTHY WIGHT; SANDRA WIGHT; SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 12, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 610, BUILDING A, SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 12, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4410, PAGE 1745 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
