Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 11-010239-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and SHARON ENGLERT, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 2, BLOCK “C”, UNIT 4, OF SKYCREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of September, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
