Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-013131, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A., as Indenture Trustee for American Home Mortgage Investment Trust 2004-3 is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH A. STEFKO, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 1, BLOCK “C”, LARGO HEIGHTS HARRISON & KIRKPATRICK`S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. ALSO DESCRIBED AS LOT 1, BLOCK “C”, LARGO HEIGHTS REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. BEING THE SAME PREMISES DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED DATED 12/8/2000, RECORDED IN 12/12/2000 IN O.R. BOOK 11153, PAGE 1085, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of September, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
