Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 07-9385-CO, Section “42”, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Lot 3, Block 1, BRIGADOON OF CLEARWATER, according to the map of plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 91, Pages 35, 36 and 37, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 A.M., on August 31, 2012. The sale will be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
