YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, LAKESIDE CROSSING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, herein in the following described property:
Condominium Unit 510, of LAKESIDE CROSSING, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 15411, at Page 2126, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all amendments thereto, if any, and together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereof in accordance with said declaration. With the following street address: 701 S. Madison Ave, #510, Clearwater, Florida, 33756.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before September 4, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
