NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage foreclosure dated May 30, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-003987-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein SUMMITBRIDGE CREDIT INVESTMENTS LLC is the Plaintiff and EWART HOLDINGS, INC., a Florida corporation, and CITY OF CLEARWATER are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 30, 2012, described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
406 N. Garden Ave., Clearwater, FL
Lot 1 and the West 1/2 vacated alley on the East; also Lot 2 and the West 1/2 of vacated alley on the East; also Lot 3, LESS the West 80.00 feet of the South 10.00 feet and the West 1/2 of the vacated ally on the East; also Lots 6, 7, 8 and the East 1/2 of the vacated alley on the West; also The South 1/2 of vacated alley on the North, All in the C.F. HOYT'S TWIN OAKS SUBDIVISION, according to the map or play thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, at Page 50, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
