NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31st day of July, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-1346CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein THE LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARJORIE N. WASHINGTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARJORIE N. WASHINGTON; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 13-B, in accordance with and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of The Lakes Villas Condominium II as recorded in Official Record Book 4615 at pages 396 through 445 and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 26 at pages 58 through 61, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements as an appurtenance thereto.
