NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-003228 CI 019 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JACQUELINE A. DONOGHUE, individually and as Trustee of THE JOHN DONOGHUE AND JACQUELINE A. DONOGHUE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED JULY 6, 2001, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., MARK J. DONOGHUE and CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on September 6, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot B, LESS the South 47 feet of the West 1/2 thereof, Subdivision of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7 of Block 3, BAYSHORE ADD. BY N. H. LONGLEY, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 7, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
