Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 10-11879-CO, Section “41”, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Apartment No. 210 of Innisbrook Condominium No. 19, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recording in O.R. Book 4056, Page 228, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all its appurtenances according to the Declaration and being further described in Condominium Plat Book 14, Pages 90-91, together with an undivided 1.52% share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Said Declaration is amended in O.R. Book 4068, Page 420, and as amended in O.R. Book 4245, Page 1097 which was re-recorded in O.R. Book 4504, Page 901, and amended in O.R. Book 4376, Page 340, and in O.R. Book 5034, Page 162, and in O.R. Book 5245, Page 1348.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 A.M., on September 7, 2012. The sale will be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
