NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 11, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-001274-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-12 is the Plaintiff and JOAN M. LEANE; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; WATERFORD AT PALM HARBOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ERIC BRONSON, and TENANT #2 N/K/A NICOLE BRONSON are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on August 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
