Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, III, Clerk of Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 12th day of September, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 5, WESTFIELD, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 209, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on May 23, 2012, in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is FARMERS DEPOSIT BANK vs. D. SCOTT ELLIOTT a/k/a DOYLE SCOTT, ELLIOTT, ISABELLA R. ELLIOTT, SHERRY ELLIOTT, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., KENTUCKY BANKING CENTERS, INC., TIMOTHY G. HARRINGTON, MARSHALL MANLEY, TITAN CRUISE LINES, BL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, and UNKNOWN TENANTS, and the Case Number of which is 2011-CA-000916.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
