NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012054, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and NIURKA FERNANDEZ A/K/A NIURKA I. FERNANDEZ; SIMON FERNANDEZ A/K/A SIMON BOLIVAR FERNANDEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; GREENBROOK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 14th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 75, GREENBROOK VILLAGE SUBPHASE GG, UNIT 1, AKA, GREENBROOK TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 46-53 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
