NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated July 9th, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-006766, DIVISION: B, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER VAMVAKETIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER VAMVAKETIS, IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; GARDENS AT PALM-AIRE COUNTRY CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 10th day of August, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 104, BUILDING NO. 20, GARDENS AT PALM-AIRE COUNTRY CLUB SECTION II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1126, PAGES 2122 THROUGH 2179, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, AT PAGES 44 THROUGH 49, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
