NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 11, 2012, and entered in 2011 CA 007749 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER FRANCIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER FRANCIS; DONNA FRANCIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA FRANCIS A/K/A TERRY FRANCIS; WILLOWBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GREG BELL are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on AUGUST 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 805, BUILDING 8, PHASE 1, WILLOWBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2187, PAGES 2990, ET SEQ., AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
