NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 9, 2012, and entered in 2012 CA 001762 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL E. RICE A/K/A MICHAEL EDWARD RICE A/K/A MICHAEL RICE; GAIL RICE A/K/A MARY GAIL RICE A/K/A MARY G. RICE; FAIRWAYS AT IMPERIAL LAKEWOODS PHASE 1A-1 HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on AUGUST 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, FAIRWAYS AT IMPERIAL LAKEWOODS PHASE 1A-1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 180, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
