GRANT; SARAH JANE SEERY F/K/A SARAH J. GRANT A/K/A SARAH JANE GRANT; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on AUGUST 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 55 FEET OF LOT 3 AND THE WEST 37 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK “A”, BEIGHNEER MANOR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
