ZAGONY; PATRICIA A. ZAGONY; SARABAY COVES ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK MIDWEST, N.A. are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on AUGUST 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C207, CYPRESS HOUSE, SARABAY COVES, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED 1.63 PERCENT IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT WITH EACH UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS AND CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SARABAY COVES, A CONDOMINIUM AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 596, PAGES 488-548, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 697, PAGE 536 AND 537, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED, AND IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGES 77-81, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
