NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 009674, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY S. SCHWAEBER; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; SUMMERFIELD/RIVERWALK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; WENDY J SCHWAEBER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 16th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE, SUBPHASE D, UNIT 3, A REPLAT OF LOTS 15-22, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 72 AND 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
