NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 004959, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and TRACY MILLMAN; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; STEPHEN SIMPSON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 17th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commence at the Northwest corner of Section 25, Township 35 South, Range 16 East; run thence South 89Ëš33' West along the Northerly line of said Section 1269.5 feet to point of intersection with the Northeasterly right-of-way line of Gulf of Mexico Drive (being the same as John Ringling Parkway and 100 feet wide); thence South 39Ëš57' East along said Northeasterly right-of-way line 2398.4 feet more or less to intersect with the Northwesterly boundary of Lot 9 of Ringling Subdivision of Longboat Key, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 16, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; thence run North 50Ëš56' East along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 9, 1505 feet to a point hereinafter called Point A; run thence South 39Ëš57' East 75 feet more or less to the waters of a channel for a point of beginning; run thence North 39Ëš57' West 75 feet more or less to Point A; run thence South 50Ëš56' West along the Northwesterly boundary of said Lot 9, 100 feet; run thence South 39Ëš57' East 75 feet more or less to the waters of a channel; run thence Northwesterly meandering the waters of said channel 100 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
