NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 002968, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SAMUEL M. ALBERTS A/K/A SAMMY ALBERTS A/K/A SAMUEL ALBERTS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; THE MOORINGS AT EDGEWATER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A THE MOORINGS AT EDGEWATER MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE MOORINGS AT EDGEWATER IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAMUEL M. ALBERTS A/K/A SAMUEL ALBERTS A/K/A SAMMY ALBERTS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 14th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 202, BUILDING 6508, THE MOORINGS AT EDGEWATER IV, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1926, PAGE 7852, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 32, PAGE 6 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
